These guidelines establish the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) for Superhero Muffins products across all retail partners, both online and in-store.

What MAP Applies To

MAP applies to any publicly advertised price, including:

• Website listings
• Email marketing
• Social media
• Print advertising
• Paid search advertising
• In-store signage

What MAP Does Not Apply To

• The price a customer pays at checkout
• Private offers, loyalty discounts, or coupons that are not publicly advertised
• Bundles where individual item prices are not listed separately

Retailers may sell below MAP; however, they may not advertise below MAP.

Promotional Periods

Superhero Muffins may periodically authorize temporary MAP exceptions for specific promotional periods (such as seasonal sales or product launches). These promotional periods, along with any temporary MAP pricing, will be communicated to retailers in advance in writing. Outside of these announced promotional windows, the standard MAP pricing remains in effect.

If a Violation Occurs

If a MAP violation occurs, Superhero Muffins will notify the retailer and request that the advertised price be corrected. Continued violations may result in suspension or termination of the retail relationship.
