WAFFLES:
(Makes 4-5 Belgium Waffles)
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, yogurt, and melted butter or oil. Add 1 level cup mix and whisk until smooth. Let batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Pour batter into pre-heated waffle iron (don’t overfill) and cook until golden brown. Enjoy!
Pro Tip! Pop in toaster to reheat.
PANCAKES:
(Makes 8 Small Pancakes)
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and melted butter. Add 1 cup mix and stir.
- Heat skillet or griddle over medium heat, add oil or butter to coat bottom.
- Pour batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form. Flip and cook until golden brown. Enjoy!
