Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items. However, we want you to love every purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Items arrived damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items were shipped
  • Product is compromised upon arrival

To request a resolution, please email info@superheromuffins.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Refunds are issued for the cost of the item(s); original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.

In some cases, we may offer:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost
  • Store credit for future purchases

We do not offer product exchanges due to health and safety standards. If you received the wrong item, we will gladly send you the correct one at no extra charge.
