- 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil, melted (microwave)

- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 2 tbsp virgin coconut oil, melted, plus more for pan
- 1 tbsp dairy-free yogurt (I used Culina Plain & Simple)
