Three Recipes Created to Fuel Your Day

As part of the collaboration, Elyse developed three recipes featuring wholesome NOW Foods ingredients that are designed to support every part of an active lifestyle—from pre-workout fuel to post-workout recovery.

Cookie Dough Protein Energy Balls

Serves: 20 energy balls

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place cashews in a ceramic bowl and cover with very hot water. Soak for 30 minutes, then drain thoroughly.

  2. Add soaked cashews, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla to a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

  3. Add almond flour, pumpkin seed protein, and salt to the processor. Pulse until a dough forms.

  4. Transfer dough to a bowl, allow to cool briefly, then use your hands to fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Scoop about 1½ tablespoons per ball and roll into smooth balls. Chill for 20 minutes to set, or enjoy immediately.

Storage: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 7 days. Freeze for up to 2 months (thaw briefly before eating).
